Richard Cohen, our prolific partner over at the Employment Discrimination Report, posted this interesting item about age discrimination and the emphasis on youth in Silicon Valley.
What do I mean by prolific? On the same day he posted that item, he had posts about a restaurant that didn’t want a pregnant waitress working football Sundays, a nursing home firing a depressed nurse, a recent interpretation of the Affordable Care Act’s contraceptive rule, an employee complaining about accommodating Muslim co-workers’ Ramadan fasts, and discrimination against migraine-sufferers.
