It’s fine for me to make fun of California employment laws. I’ve been dealing with them for over 25 years. But what makes Christina Stoneburner, who’s considerably younger and practices in New Jersey and New York, think she can make fun of our laws?

In the Employment Discrimination blog, Christina pokes fun at a Pasadena ordinance that allows health inspectors to arrest food service employees with communicable diseases and their managers.

Go ahead Christina, yuck it up. But next time you’re in Pasadena and you confront unsanitary conditions, don’t expect the city’s health inspectors to come rushing to your aid.
